Erik Weinberg

Biography: Erik serves as Principal and Head of Commercial Investments at FCP (formally Federal Capital Partners), a Washington D.C. based real estate investment manager which has invested in over $6 billion in assets since its founding in 1999. Erik is responsible for strategy and organizational matters, acquisitions, financing and dispositions as well as oversight of commercial asset management and leasing. Prior to joining FCP in early 2012, Erik spent three years at CWCapital, a Fortress Investment Group owned firm, where he served within the special situations loan workout team. Erik began his real estate career as an associate at Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers (now part of Cushman & Wakefield), and was responsible for underwriting, preparing and the brokerage of institutional quality commercial real estate within the greater Washington D.C. MSA. Erik is a member of the Urban Land Institute ULI) and currently serves on the Office Development Council. Erik graduated an academic All-American from the University of Maryland with a double major in Finance and Accounting.
