Biography: July 2017 F. Bogue Wallin Bogue is the owner of Blue Wall Real Estate which invests in and develops in-fill properties in the Carolinas (I-85 Corridor) focusing on the rapidly urbanizing cities within the region. Primarily focused on office and infill properties, Blue Wall projects are well positioned for long term ownership with sustainable returns. Since its founding in 2012, Blue Wall has redeveloped office and industrial buildings with a value of over $500M primarily in Greenville, SC and Charlotte, NC. Prior to Blue Wall, Bogue was Senior Vice President and Director of Real Estate at Pacolet Milliken Enterprises, Inc. (2008-2012) a private real estate and energy investment company that was started in 2008 as a spinoff of Milliken Corporation. Bogue started up and lead Pacolet’s Real Estate activities which included; acquisition and disposition of income properties, asset and portfolio management of the Company’s real estate holdings, development activities, joint venture investments and land management. Prior to Pacolet, Bogue was Vice President and City Manager at Liberty Property Trust a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust, where he led the Carolinas business unit (development, acquisition, disposition, asset management, leasing) which included over 7.5M SF of office and industrial property. Prior to Liberty, Bogue was a partner and co-owner of RESMA Realty Advisors in southeastern, PA which was engaged by corporations, institutions and high net worth individuals for investment, development and disposition of commercial real estate. Before RESMA he was with Rouse & Associates (which went public as Liberty Property Trust in 1996) leasing and developing suburban office and industrial buildings in Philadelphia. Bogue’s start in Commercial Real estate evolved from his work as the Executive Director of The Preservation Fund of Pennsylvania; a non-profit public/private venture that returned important historic building
