Glen Weisberg

Biography: Glen S. Weisberg, EVP Portfolio Management Mr. Weisberg joined American Realty Advisors in 2018. He develops and oversees the firm's strategic and tactical multi-family investment plan. Prior to ARA, Mr. Weisberg was Chief Operating Officer at Hunt Investment Management, where he managed real estate operations, including capital markets, investor relations, acquisitions and asset management, for this investment management subsidiary of Hunt Companies, which acquired The Tuckerman Group in 2013. Prior to Hunt, Mr. Weisberg was Chief Executive Officer of The Tuckerman Group which he co-founded in 1998. Mr. Weisberg chaired Tuckerman’s investment committee and was a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Prior to joining Tuckerman, Mr. Weisberg was a Senior Vice President at Greystone Realty Corporation, the wholly-owned, independently-managed real estate subsidiary of New York Life Insurance Company, where he had responsibility for both acquisitions and asset management. Mr. Weisberg has worked on debt and equity investments in projects in all asset classes, including rental apartments, condominiums, hotels, office buildings, retail centers and warehouse/distribution projects. From 1983 to 1988, Mr. Weisberg worked for Hilton International, where he managed hotels in New York City and San Juan, Puerto Rico. Mr. Weisberg graduated from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University and earned his MBA from Columbia University.
