Jason Ward

Biography: Jason M. Ward – Landmark Enterprises Brief Bio: Jason M. Ward is the President & Principal of Landmark Enterprises. He is responsible for the operations of this full-service commercial real estate development company headquartered in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Mr. Ward oversees the development, asset-property management, and brokerage divisions of the firm; while being in charge of all aspects of real estate development for the company. Mr. Ward joined Landmark Enterprises in December 2006. He has extensive real estate development management, operations and marketing experience with regional and national real estate firms; with a concentrated expertise in Office, Industrial and Hospitality projects. Mr. Ward is a graduate of The Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Residential Sciences, Real Estate. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, First Scot Presbyterian Church and volunteers on many boards and committees to serve his local community. Currently, Mr. Ward is responsible for the active development of more than $75M in cost. In its lifetime, Landmark Enterprises has developed over 100 commercial offices and industrial projects and continues this tradition today.
