Biography:

Jeffrey N. Weber (3/19/02) Jeffrey N. Weber is a Managing Director and Board Member of Eastdil Realty Company, L.L.C., a New York based real estate investment banking firm which was founded in 1967 as the real estate arm of Eastman, Dillon, Union Securities. Now a wholly owned subsidiary of Wells Fargo Bank, Eastdil is the market leader in raising debt and equity capital for large scale commercial real estate projects including office, retail, hotel, apartments and industrial properties. Since 1998, Eastdil completed approximately $30 billion in financing, sale and financial advisory assignments, of which Mr. Weber is involved with approximately $5 billion. Notable transactions completed include The Century Plaza Towers, 100 Pine Street, Park Merced, Columbia Seafirst Center, Fox Plaza, The Claremont Resort Hotel and Spa, and The Century Plaza Hotel and Tower. Jeff joined Eastdil in 1981 following graduation from University of California at Davis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, and is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, the National Realty Committee's Tax Policy Advisory Committee, Lambda Alpha, the Urban Land Institute, Bay Area Mortgage Association, and NAREIT.
