Jen Weaver

Biography:
Jen Weaver founded Vivid Development, an urban infill development company in downtown Austin that focuses on weaving together the vibrant threads of our urban fabric into sustainable developments. Vivid Development performs consulting, entitlement, and development services for ground-up mixed-use and multifamily development. Ms. Weaver developed Capitol Quarters, the first no-parking multifamily in Austin Texas. She also initiated and served on an ULI TAP sponsorship team to increase adoption of no and low parking strategies. As the former Chair of City of Austin’s Design Commission, Ms. Weaver wrote “Urban Fabric,” a new section for the city’s Urban Design Guidelines. Ms. Weaver is a Registered Architect, Registered Interior Designer, and Realtor in the State of Texas. She participates in the Urban Land Institute Urban Council for Austin and serves on the Downtown Austin Alliance Built Environment Committee. Ms. Weaver contributes articles about progressive design policy, financing and implementation for Texas Architect Magazine. She holds a Master in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin. Member Directory  Arrow
