John Watt

Biography: Mr. Watt is a principal at Valbridge Pittsburgh with more than twenty years experience with a wide variety properties. He specializes in land valuation and land development analysis in the Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Eastern Kentucky and Western Maryland area. Other areas of concentration include market analysis and valuation of market rate and affordable multifamily housing and valuation of industrial properties. Mr. Watt is a Member of the Appraisal Institute and the ULI Residential Neighborhood Development Product Council. Prior to employment with Valbridge Property Advisors, Mr. Watt had over ten-years experience in residential construction.
