Jordan Warshaw
Biography: Jordan Warshaw founded The Noannet Group, a Boston-based real estate development firm, in 2011. Noannet’s focus is urban mixed-use and residential developments, with completed and current projects including a mix of condominiums, multifamily, hotel and retail, as well as a new initiative to develop large-scale transit-oriented middle income “workforce” housing within the City of Boston. Prior to founding Noannet, Jordan first worked as a real estate and zoning attorney, and for the following fifteen years with Boston real estate development and investment firms The Druker Company and The Davis Companies. Jordan serves or has served on various boards including The Winsor School, the Boston Center for the Arts, Stop Handgun Violence, Topf Center for Dance Education, Voice of Reason, and Westwood Girls’ Softball, and for many years chaired the Real Estate Committee at the Winsor School. Jordan has been a speaker at multiple NAIOP, REFA, ULI and Bisnow events, and has coached more youth sports teams than he can count. Jordan is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Virginia School of Law, and lives in Westwood MA with his wife and 3 children.
