Joseph Wisniewski

Biography: Joseph L. Wisniewski is a Tax Partner and the Real Estate Industry Group Leader for Deloitte Tax LLP's Midwest Region. Joe is a certified public accountant and attorney. He has forty years serving diversified real estate companies including, real estate owners and operators, REITs, construction companies, and hospitality companies. Joe received his JD, with distinction, from John Marshall Law School, and Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University. He currently serves on the Board of Executive Advisors for Northern Illinois University School of Business, and Roosevelt University School of Real Estate Advisory Board and a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, Treasure of the Urban Land Institute Chicago District Council, past Chairman of the Illinois CPA Foundation's real estate special interest group, past member of the Board of Advisors of the Center for Real Estate Law at John Marshall Law School, and a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
