Biography:
Justin Wai is Managing Director of Blackstone’s Real Estate Group based in Hong Kong. Mr. Wai is responsible for sourcing and managing real estate investments in Asia, with a focus on Greater China. Since joining Blackstone in 2007, Mr. Wai has been involved in real estate and corporate transactions totaling more than US$7bn. His experience spans multiple geographies and covers all major asset classes, including office, retail and logistics. Mr. Wai is Non-Executive Chairman of Tysan Holdings, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In addition, he is a trustee of Northfield Mount Hermon School, a member of the Leadership Council of Blackstone Foundation, the University Council of Cornell University, and the Advisory Board of Hong Kong Government’s Partnership Fund for the Disadvantaged. Mr. Wai graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, where he was a Meinig National Scholar. Member Directory  Arrow
