Stephanie Williams

Biography: Stephanie L. Williams is President of Bozzuto Management Company and a Bozzuto Group Partner. Stephanie oversees Bozzuto Management Company’s strategic performance and value creation, directs day to day operations and leads an array of initiatives designed to enhance the employee and customer journeys. The current portfolio is valued at $20B and is comprised of 90K units and 3M square feet of commercial space in major markets across the country. Prior to her role as President, Stephanie held several executive positions within The Bozzuto Group in their development and management divisions. Stephanie joined Bozzuto in 2004. In 2021 Stephanie was honored by CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network as a 2021 Distinguished Leader and was the proud recipient of the Raise Up Your Voice award at the 2021 CREW DC awards. Stephanie was also named a Woman of Influence by Multifamily Executive Magazine and by the Baltimore Business Journal as a Best in Real Estate Honoree. In 2018 and 2020, under Stephanie’s leadership, Bozzuto Management Company was awarded #1 Property Management Company by the National Association of Home Builders and received national recognition by J Turner as the best property management company in the nation, based on online ratings, for seven consecutive years. Stephanie is a Board member of the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC) and Housing Association of Nonprofit Developers (HAND) and is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and the District of Columbia Building Industry Association (DCBIA). Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington, Seattle and a Master of Community Planning from the University of Maryland, College Park. A West Coast native, Washington, D.C. has proudly been her home for the past 20 years.
