Biography:

Todd Watson is responsible for creating investment value in the various land assemblages owned by Hunt Realty Investments. He is responsible for coordinating the efforts of the team through all phases including initial environmental review, due diligence and feasibility phase, infrastructure design, budgeting, public finance structuring, negotiation with local municipalities and finalization of the final development plan. Prior to joining Hunt Realty in 2005, he oversaw the development of a master planned community in Kansas City, Missouri. He was responsible for all facets of community development, sales and marketing for Staley Farms and the adjoining private golf club. Before becoming involved in residential land development, he was the vice president of business development for Evergreen Alliance Golf Limited (EAGL), based in Irving, Texas. At EAGL, he was responsible for growing the portfolio of owned, leased and managed golf courses. Todd is a member of the Urban Land Institute having participated on Community Development Councils since 2005. Additionally he participates on the CDC local council in North Texas. He earned an MBA in finance from the University of Iowa and he received a BA in economics and business from Cornell College. Member Directory
