Elizabeth Yip

Biography: In my practice, I work regularly with owners, developers, lenders, borrowers and landlords dealing with all facets of commercial property. I have been extensively involved in acquisitions and sales, development, rezoning and permit approvals, commercial leasing, real estate financing and clean power projects. I am recognized by Best Lawyers as a leading lawyer in the practice area of Commercial Leasing Law and by Lexpert as a leading lawyer in the practice area of Property Development. I was featured in the Summer 2020 Input Land and Real Estate Issues in BC Magazine on Leadership. My volunteering experience includes mentoring of young lawyers and real estate professionals. I served on the Executive Committee of Lambda Alpha International, Vancouver Chapter and the Canadian Bar Association’s Business of Law Committee.
