Nina Yang

Biography: Nina plays a pivotal role in shaping CPG’s future as the Group Chief Development Officer (GCDO). She is responsible for spearheading the development of new capabilities and driving the operationalisation of new business lines. With a focus on maintaining CPG’s market relevance and identifying growth opportunities, Nina aims to position the organisation for long-term success by creating new revenue streams and expanding its influence in the industry. Nina is a prominent urban planner and architect known for her expertise in development management, urban planning, architectural, environmental, and innovative urban solutions that align with multiple sustainability goals. She has a unique track record spanning investment, real estate development and consultancy service. With over 30 years of professional experience, she has led transformative projects in Singapore and globally, influencing urban development through a blend of creative vision and technical expertise. Nina obtained her architectural degree from the National University of Singapore. She received her Master’s in Design Studies, Real Estate Finance and Urban Development from Harvard University. She is also a Board Member of the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore and Science Centre Singapore as well as the Vice President of the Singapore Institute of Planners.
