James Zullo

Biography: Jim serves as President for THA Consulting. Prior to joining THA Consulting, Jim served as Senior Director of Real Estate and Economic Development for New Jersey Transit, the third-largest transit agency in the United States. In this position, Jim was responsible for the management of the agency’s real estate assets, property acquisitions, and sales, retail leasing, maximizing the revenue potential from these assets, undertaking transit-oriented development initiatives, and managing the agency’s 25,000 space commuter parking system. Jim has also served as Vice President of The New Brunswick Development Corporation, and Executive Director of the New Brunswick Parking Authority.
