Report Summary:
Report Summary: ULI was asked to convene an Advisory Services panel to provide strategic recommendations to address the challenges associated with growth and development from a regional perspective for the City of Belgrade, the City of Bozeman and Gallatin County. Specifically, the panel has been asked to look at questions related to providing access to natural amenities, addressing housing shortages and high housing costs, and meeting infrastructure needs. The panel was made possible, in part, by donations to the ULI Foundation.
