ULI Greater Bay Area: Shenzhen - The Net Zero Imperative
Report Summary: ULI launched the global Net Zero Imperative (NZI) in July 2021, an initiative to help accelerate the market transformation toward a net-zero built environment. As part of the inaugural cohort, Shenzhen is the technology innovation hub in China, home to established companies like Huawei, BYD, Tencent, and a vibrant tech startup ecosystem. One of Shenzhen's districts is particularly interested in leveraging green technology to help redevelop a large industrial zone.
