Report Summary:

The ULI Real Estate Economic Forecast is a semiannual survey of economists and analysts at the nation’s leading real estate organizations and includes three-year projections of 27 key economic and real estate indicators, ranging from GDP to commercial real estate transactions and property sector performance.

Over 40 economists & analysts from 37 real estate organizations contributed to the latest forecast, completed on October 8 and launched at the ULI Fall Meeting in Dallas on October 26. The forecast is for the end of ‘22, ’23 and ’24. We report the median of their forecasts.

The report includes charts of each metric, showing 12 years of recent history and the 3 Forecast years. In addition, each chart brings in the long-term average of each metric for relative comparison to recent history and the forecasts.

A list of participants and their companies are provided.
