Now in its third edition, the 2025 report offers fresh insights into how business districts are adapting to contemporary challenges and opportunities, building on the success of the 2017 edition and 2020 edition.
Applying a rigorous methodology including expert insights, a global survey of 200 ULI members, and extensive data analysis, the report evaluates hundreds of factors important to stakeholders.
