A Report from the Denver South Platte River Technical Advisory Panel
Report Summary:
Report Summary: The City and County of Denver asked ULI Colorado to examine what approaches to planning, public realm and building design, and riverfront improvements would enhance access and river function, provide for a mix of uses and demographics along the river, and foster equitable mobility and recreational access to and along the South Platte River in Denver. In October 2021, ULI Colorado convened a Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) composed of volunteer experts to provide recommendations.
