Ada County, Idaho convened a virtual ULI Advisory Services panel to analyze multiple scenarios for the revitalization and potential development of the 247-acre Expo Idaho site. Through this offering the week of June 21, the panel team evaluated initial scenarios proposed by a Citizen’s Advisory Committee which centered agriculture and outdoor education, recreation, and commercial and residential uses as potential primary development directives for the site. Each scenario and the ultimate recommendations for the site will need to balance the combination of existing assets, open space, and new development in order strengthen the activity center as a year-round anchor and economic engine for the County.
