The tour guide, Mr. Quintanilla, Urban Design Studio Lead for the Pittsburgh office of Michael Baker International, has an extensive experience working with communities and cities around the world. Mr. Quintanilla worked in Santa Ana, California where he focused on urban design of master plans, code writing, community participation workshops, and illustrations. He worked in several design projects and specific plans for cities like Anaheim, Tustin, and Riverside California, along with regeneration strategies including the pattern book for community-based regeneration in Clovis.
