ULI Washington took an in-depth look at the past, present, and future of Chevy Chase Lake. What began with a streetcar stop over 100 years ago is being reimagined as a new, mixed-use community. The next phase of Chevy Chase Lake will provide a range of housing opportunities as well as neighborhood retail and public space amenities to serve the broader community. This masterplan has been carefully crafted with an architectural language that seeks to respect and represent its existing community’s character and history.
