Robyn Adamache, Client Relations, Multi-Unit Housing Solutions (BC), Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation will guide us through the CMHC’s Rental Construction Financing Initiative (RCFi), the National Housing Co-Investment Fund (NHCF), and Mortgage Loan Insurance for affordable housing (MLI Flex). In the second half of the webinar, the pair has a discussion on CMHC’s financing options, the common submission pitfalls, how to prepare as a borrower and what key attributes matter to CMHC as a lender and insurer.
