Webinar Summary: Built over 54 acres, CityPlace is made up of 29 towers (31 once complete) over 9.5 million square feet with over 12,000 units and accommodating 21,000 residents. The area will include 120,000 square feet of retail space once complete, with 2 daycares, and 14 acres of park area including Canoe Landing Park, Northern Linear Park, Southern Linear Park. There is a $14M public art program and back in 2015 a schooner was discovered in the b37 site, now donated to Fort York Museum.
