Biografía:
Carlo joined Pacheco Koch in 2007 and has more than 13 years of civil engineering experience designing and managing public and private sector projects. He leads the private development team in Pacheco Koch’s Fort Worth office, and is a market sector leader firm-wide in the K-12 education and healthcare markets. He serves as chairman for both the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth Programs Committee and the Tarrant Transit Alliance Education Committee. For the Urban Land Institure (North Texas District Council), he sits on the Tarrant County Task Force, was a past Young Leaders Group Chair, and was on the host committee for the 2016 Fall Meeting in Dallas. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for both the Back to School Roundup serving Tarrant County as well as Lena Pope. In 2015 he was recognized by the Fort Worth Business Press with the “40 Under 40” award and is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Fort Worth. His experience includes K-12, healthcare, higher education, retail, industrial, office, residential, mission critical and mixed-use projects.
