Robert Bowman

Biografía: CHARTER HOMES & NEIGHBORHOODS PRESIDENT | COACH Rob started Charter in 1990 after Graduating from college, with a small loan and an interest in bringing better design and innovation to the homebuilding industry. Rob is responsible for the overall strategic direction for the company, and leads the design and marketing efforts. Rob is a frequent speaker at industry events, most recently as a keynote speaker for the 2013 International Builders Show and the 2012 Builder Magazine’s Leadership Summit. He has also been featured in Builder, Professional Builder, and land development magazines and is often quoted in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal regarding industry news. Rob was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization, where he last served as Chairman. Rob graduated from Arizona State University and attended the Colorado School of Mines, and continues his education at various programs including the Executive Education Program at the Harvard Business School.
