Scott Brideau

Biografía: Scott is the Workplace Studio Principal for Little Diversified Architectural Consulting’s Arlington, VA office. With over 35 years of experience including 7 in construction, he leads a team focused on Office base building, Mixed Use, Repositioning and Corporate Interiors projects for a wide range of clients. As Workplace Studio Principal, he is responsible for client relationship management, business development, project coordination and scheduling of all work for the Workplace Studio, as well as staff development and team growth. Scott is an active community volunteer, having served on numerous committees and volunteer boards, including: • He is a founding co-Chair of the newly formed ULI Washington Sustainability Council. He is a current member of the Redevelopment and Reuse National Product Council. He previously served for two years on ULI’s Sustainability Programs committee. He served on the ULI Florida Avenue (Union Market) Technical Assistance Panel. • He is a current member of the Energy Subcommittee for Arlington County’s Environment & Energy Conservation Commission (E2C2), and is a past Chair for the Community Energy Plan Implementation Review Committee (CEPIRC) for Arlington County. He has been engaged for over five years as a member of the initial Advisory Board and Task Force teams working with the County to develop a 40 year comprehensive Community Energy and Sustainability Plan, which was formally adopted into the County’s overall Master Plan in July of 2014. • He served for 9 years on the board of CoreNet’s Mid-Atlantic Chapter, as Co-chair of the Community Outreach Committee, Co-chair of the Sponsorship Committee, a member of the ERS Program Committee, Chair of the Annual Golf Event, and member of the Educational Programs Committee. Scott is focused on sustainability as a holistically integrated, lifecycle-centric process from project inception through occupation and evolution over time. He has been engaged for the past six years with Regenesis Group, as part of The Regenerative Practitioner education series, where he has been learning about integrative design through a systems framework approach. Scott received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Catholic University of America, and is a LEED (O+M) accredited professional, and a Construction Documents Technician (CDT).
