Peter Cushman

Biografía: Peter Cushman (Partner) is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new investments as well as overseeing all asset management activities. Prior to co-founding Oakwood Real Estate Partners, he was a Vice President at Oakwood's predecessor, Parkwood Real Estate Partners. Peter also worked as Senior Vice President for Bancroft Capital, a development and investment firm in California and Colorado. He was responsible for overseeing all facets of the development of a $150 million mixed-use project in Colorado. Prior to joining Bancroft Capital, Peter was a Project Manager with LDW Resort & Hotel Development in San Diego. He began his career as an analyst and acquisitions manager with Louis Dreyfus Property Group in New York. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business.
