April 2005 Bryan joined The Walt Disney Company in August 1994 as manager of accounting for Disney Development Company (DDC), where he was responsible for finance and project controls for all West Coast Development projects. Projects during his tenure included: Team Disney Anaheim, Feature Animation building, New Amsterdam THeatre in New York, Disney Ice (official training center for THe Might Ducks) and the Disney Studio Master Plan build-out-Sound Stages 6&7, Studio Lot parking structure and the Frank G. Wells Building. In May 1996 when the Disneyland Resort Expansion Project was approved by the City of Anaheim, Bryan joined Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI) as manager of finance and administration for all Caliafornia-based projects. This portfolio of work included the Anaheim Stadium renovation and the expansion of the Disneyland Resort (a new theme park, 200.00 sq. ft. mixed use retail, a 750-room luxury hotel and area-wide public infrastructure). Assuming significant financial responsibilities on this development, including approval signatory on all public infrastructure, he was promoted to director oand two years later to vice president. After successfully closing out the Resort Expansion project, he was promoted to Senior Vice President and General Manager, Disneyland Resort Project Management. In this role, Bryan's responsibilities grew to span two divisions and thus he is now responsible for all project work at the Disneyland Resort. He serves a direct, dual reporting relationship to the president of Walt Disney Imagineering and the president of the Disneyland Resort. This portfolio of work encompasses everything from short duration planned work projects on existing attractions and facilities to new, major attraciton developments. Currently Bryan is the executive in charge of revitalizing Disneyland for the upcoming 50th celebration. In accomplishing this work, Bryan leads, inspires, mentors and motivates between 100 and150 experienced and talented project-based cast. The talent base of this cast represents all managerial and technical disciplines necessary to deliver these unique attraction-based and public oversight projects. Bryan holds a B.A. in Accounting and Masters of Business Administration from the University LaVerne, California. In addition, he currently serves on the board of The Special Olympics, Orange County and CHOC (Children's Hospital of Orange County) building subcommittee.
