Biografía:
Lev is the founding and managing partner of Tideline Partners, an investment management and development firm. Tideline provides 3rd party asset management services to institutional clients and opportunistically develops infill projects in San Diego county. Prior to launching Tideline in 2013, Lev spent fifteen years in institutional CRE finance including time at GE Capital and Merrill Lynch Capital. During Lev's seven years at GE Capital Real Estate, he managed a $225 million portfolio of debt and equity assets and led the western US underwriting team to complete $3 billion of workouts, asset sales, and financing of commercial and multifamily assets. Lev is a past Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, founding Co-Chair of San Diego Small Scale Infill Development Council and a Faculty member for the National League of Cities Rose Center for Public Leadership. Lev worked full time through college to receive his MS in Business Administration Finance from San Diego State University and his BS from California State University San Marcos. Lev immigrated to the US with his family in 1989 as a political refugee from the former Soviet Union. The experience and subsequent cultural assimilation taught Lev to be a mindful observer with an an appreciation for the diversity of life.
