Patrick Johnson

Biografía: Since joining Regency in 2005, Patrick has served in various roles within the Capital Markets group, overseeing an investor relations team that has been recognized multiple times by Institutional Investor as a top team in the REIT industry. He assumed the role of vice president in 2013. He earned the company’s highest honor, the Martin E. Stein, Sr. Award, which honors employees’ business acumen and ethical standards, in 2014.   His commitment to building stronger communities is demonstrated by his unyielding non-profit work. An active member of United Way, Patrick was selected as a Stein Fellow in 2012 and has volunteered through Achievers For Life, a mentoring program supporting middle school students with academic risk. He served as Regency’s National United Way 2014 Campaign Chair and is a member of United Way’s Atlantic Circle. Patrick is also the Vice President & Treasurer of an organization at his children’s elementary school that focuses on growing enrichment opportunities at the school.   He is also a member of Urban Land Institute, being selected as an Emerging Leader for the 2014 Summer Conference. Additionally, he currently serves as ULI’s Co-Chair of the North Florida Urban Plan Committee, overseeing 60 volunteers and three schools within the program. In this role, Patrick administers the vetting of new teachers and schools, in addition to identifying volunteers to train. Further, he interacts with ULI’s National Director of UrbanPlan, helping to share ideas, along with enhancing the existing program.   Patrick earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Kentucky and received his Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in finance, from the University of North Florida.   In addition to spending time with his wife and their two children, Patrick enjoys coaching his daughter’s soccer team. An avid fan of the Jacksonville Jaguars and St. Louis Cardinals, his first love is anything to do with the University of Kentucky.
