Biography:
Since joining Regency in 2005, Patrick has served in various roles within the Capital Markets group, overseeing an investor relations team that was recognized multiple times by Institutional Investor as a top team in the REIT industry. For several years, he oversaw the financial and operational aspects of Regency’s $4 billion co-investment partnership program. He became Vice President of Capital Markets in 2013, transitioned to the Financial Services team in 2017, and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Financial Services. He has also earned Regency’s Joan and Martin E. Stein, Sr. Award, for his business acumen and ethical standards.   His commitment to building stronger communities is demonstrated by his unyielding non-profit work. An active member of United Way, Patrick was selected as a Stein Fellow in 2012 and has volunteered through Achievers For Life, a mentoring program supporting middle school students with academic risk. He served as Regency’s National United Way 2014 Campaign Chair and is a member of United Way’s Atlantic Circle. Patrick was selected as part of the 2019 Leadership Jacksonville class, an organization devoted to educating, connecting and inspiring diverse leaders to build and strengthen their communities.   He is also an active member of Urban Land Institute, being selected as an Emerging Leader for the 2014 Summer Conference. Additionally, he served for several years as Chair of ULI North Florida's Urban Plan Committee, overseeing 100 volunteers and four schools within the program. Patrick currently serves as Chair of Mission Advancement for ULI North Florida and serves on ULI North Florida's Advisory Board.   Patrick earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Kentucky and received his Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in finance, from the University of North Florida.
