John Lynch

Biografía: Has worked with 10 military base closures. Formerly served as Ass. Director of the Economic Adjustment Office of the Secretary of Defense. Lynch is a principal with Plant Adjustment Associates, a consulting practice assisting communities with industrial plant cutbacks and military base closures. He is currently working with ten communities affected by the 1991 base closures. Prior to his retirement from civil service in 1989, he served as associate director of the Economic Adjustment Office of the Secretary of Defense. Lynch recently completed his 15th and final year as commissioner and vice chairman of the Fairfax County (Virginia) Economic Development Authority. (1/94)
