A significant portion of Chip’s design experience is in master planned communities of 500 to 8,000 acres. Developments of this scale possess a significant level of complexity, typically involving multiple jurisdictions, requiring creative financial, infrastructure and design solutions, and provide long lasting economic impacts in the regions where they are located.
