Joseph Reidy

Biografía: Joseph M. Reidy Vice President, Development, Director, Environmental Services Thrive Companies 842 N. Fourth Street, Suite 200 Columbus, Ohio 43215 (614)-721-0682 [email protected] A native of Cleveland, Joe received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Cincinnati in 1977 and a Master of Arts in Zoology in 1979 from DePauw University. He then worked as an aquatic biologist at the Ohio EPA in Columbus until 1985, when he received his juris doctorate from Capital University Law School. For more than 35 years, Joe has been working with buyers, sellers, developers, contractors and lenders throughout Ohio on environmental and other issues associated with their projects. Joe began working with Wagenbrenner Development, nka Thrive Companies, as its outside environmental attorney in 2003 on the Harrison Park project and has been part of its brownfield/infill development team ever since. He joined Wagenbrenner Development as its General Counsel and a project lead in August 2016. In January 2021, Joe reduced his role with the company, but is continuing to work as part of the development team, as Vice President of Development and Director of Environmental Services. Joe is a former District Council Chair and Governance Chair of ULI Columbus.
