C. Fielder Shurling, CFA Principal – Investments Regent Partners, LLC 3340 Peachtree Road, Ste. 1400 Atlanta, GA 30305 Tel: 404-995-1565 E-mail: [email protected] Mr. Shurling is Principal - Investments for Regent Partners for eleven years where he focuses on the acquisition, development and capitalization of properties and ground up projects primarily in the office, hotel and residential sectors. In addition to those responsibilities, Mr. Shurling has been active in the asset management of certain office, residential, land and retail properties as well as the sales and marketing efforts of for-sale residential. Over time, Mr. Shurling has increasingly focused on joint venture relationships with institutional partners. Regent Partners seeks high quality projects primarily targeting urban core locations in Southeastern growth markets where there is some element of vertical or horizontal mixed use, preferably on mass transit. Significant transactions include: (i) the financing/development of 3344 Peachtree/Sovereign (Atlanta, GA), a 50 story mixed use tower in the heart of Buckhead; (ii) the financing/development of a 304 key dual brand Hyatt Place/Hyatt House (Charleston, SC) in the historic district; (iii) the acquisition/disposition of Concourse Office Park (Atlanta, GA), a 2.2MM SF office project in the Central Perimeter submarket; (iv) the acquisition/capitalization of the 536,240 SF Northcreek Office Park (Atlanta, GA) and (v) additional in-process developments in Atlanta, GA and Nashville, TN. Prior to joining Regent Partners, Mr. Shurling worked approximately five years for GE Capital on the credit side structuring and executing highly leveraged financial transactions in the media and telecommunications industry for a variety of purposes including leveraged buy-outs, management buy-outs, recapitalizations and mergers. Prior to GE Capital, Mr. Shurling worked approximately five years in Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance Group where he was involved in all aspects of valuation engagements including sales, due diligence, financial analysis and client presentation. Mr. Shurling obtained a B.A. in History from Southern Methodist University (1992) and an M.B.A. from Emory University (1996) with a focus on Finance. Mr. Shurling is a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the Urban Land Institute and completed its Leadership Class in 2011. Mr. Shurling has been active coaching his children’s sports, serving as an Usher at his church, and serving in an alumni capacity at two Atlanta schools. Directorio de miembros  Arrow
