Biografía:
Matthew Simo Vice President - Investments Matthew Simo is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing real estate investment opportunities, with a focus on Seattle, Portland and Denver. With over 10 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry, his creative approach and disciplined investment process has allowed partners to uncover many unrecognized opportunities. At URG, he has been instrumental in several award-winning projects, including Madison Center (Polyclinic), the Joshua Green Building and 1600 Seventh, nominated for the NAIOP’s 2012 “Deal of the Year” award. Prior to joining URG in 2006, Matthew was a Financial Analyst at Trizec Properties in Chicago. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Matthew is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI Next and ULI Center for Sustainable Leadership) and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. He is a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED)-Accredited Professional, and a 2013 graduate of the ULI Center for Sustainable Leadership program.
