Lisa Taylor

Biografía: Lisa oversees Greystar’s growing third-party Single-Family Rental | Build-to-Rent platform of over 31,000 homes nationally. Prior to taking over the SFR/BTR sector, Lisa was responsible for business development and client services for the Southeast portfolio of approximately $13.5B in 5 states. She has 20+ years of successful property management, business development experience with an extensive background in portfolio management, operations, and strategic positioning of conventional assets.  Lisa’s expertise includes new constructions, acquisitions, value-add renovations, and asset  repositions.  She is a CPM® through Institute  of Real Estate Management and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) through NAA. Lisa is highly engaged in multifamily industry organizations. She is currently the Apartment Association of North Carolina, Immediate Past Chair 2025 & 2026 and was a North Carolina Hall of Fame inductee. Lisa also serves as a Regional Vice-President for the National Apartment Association Region IV and frequently speaks on industry panels. Lisa holds a Broker-in-Charge license for North Carolina.
