Kevin Wayer
Biografía: January 2005 Kevin R. Wayer is a Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle's Public Institutions Group in Washington, D.C. Mr. Wayer manages Jones Lang LaSalle's Public Private Partnership business providing strategy, financing, and negotiating services to public sector clients. Mr. Wayer has worked for Jones Lang LaSalle in a variety of strateggic and analytical capacities over the past twelve years with a focus over the past serveral years on building a public sector business platform for project management and implementation of large development advisory and deal structuring services for public and private sector clients. He holds a MBA with a concentration in Finance from DePaul University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant in the STate of Illinois. Mr. Wayer serves as athe client relationship manager to the United States Air Force for their housing privatization and portfolio management program and also manages the due diligence and negotiation efforts for the Department of the Army's Residential Community Initiative (RCI), a multi-billion effort that aims to privatize Army housing at U.S. installations. In addition to the military privatilization program, Mr. Wayer also serves as client relationship manager to Johns Hopkins University, overseeing the firm's developemnt advisory work for the client. Mr. Wayer also has experience wit numerous public sector clients. Mr. Wayer served as Project Manager for the City of Chicago, analyzing developemnt alternatives for approximately 1,500 acres of collateral lanad at O'Hare International Airport including marketing surplus airport assets, negotiations with tenants, market research for potential development sites, and oversight for financial analysis activities. For Amtrak Corporation, Mr. Wayer led a Jones Lang LaSalle team through the due diligence and valuation of five land assets in downtown Chicago including reviewing andfinancial modeling groud leases for over four million square feet of commercial office space.
