Biografía: With a passion for building places that empower people to be their best, Mr. Watkins has nearly 20 years of total commercial construction expertise and succeeds his father’s legacy of love and passion for building. A leader and partner of Snyder Langston, Lee is a strategic and creative thinker, excellent communicator, good listener, and treats others in the way they need to be treated. As a result, he earns trust quickly and has established a broad network of relationships that empower him to build high functioning teams and deliver exceptional results. Guided by his faith and values of Integrity, Quality, Commitment, and Continuous Improvement by which he was raised, Lee is driven by his high standards for excellence, efficiency, providing an exceptional customer experience and seeking new ways to enhance his value in all he does. Lee is grateful to enjoy life in El Segundo, CA with wife Christina, son Grayson, and daughter Charlee.
