Sondra Wenger
Biografía: Sondra Wenger is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience for top-tier institutions, including CIM Group, General Electric, Equity Office Properties and AMB (now Prologis). Each firm has a national/international presence in which she was responsible for strategizing, developing and executing the real estate investment strategy. Over her career, she has sourced, negotiated and closed over $10 billion of transactions in 35+ different cities. She has been involved in an array of transactions including equity and debt positions in stabilized, value-add, opportunistic, infrastructure and opportunity zone investments in office buildings, retail, apartments, condominiums, industrial, data centers, cold storage, hotels and mixed-use assets through direct and joint venture investments. Ms. Wenger is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), serves as Membership Chair on the Executive Board for the Urban Mixed-Use Development Council, is a member of the ULI Capital Markets Council and is a mentor for the ULI Young Leader partnership program. She is a frequent speaker at real estate conferences, sharing her experiences, expertise and perspective in today’s highly competitive market. Ms. Wenger has received several recognitions including Bisnow’s LA Power Women (2019), NAWRB Commercial Leader Award (2019), US House of Representatives Commercial Leaders Award (2019), Real Estate Forum and GlobeSt.com Women of Influence for Investment Professional and Mentor of the Year (2019), CEO Today Business Women of the Year (2018), Bisnow national article for Women in Finance (2018), Allen Matkins LA Power Women (2017) and Real Estate Forum Women of Influence (2014). Ms. Wenger graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Riverside and was a California Certified Public Accountant (1994-2009).
