Biografía:
Steve Wooldridge, PhD, PE, FACHE C VP - Real Estate and Facilities Services, MedStar Health As the VP, Integrated Real Estate and Facilities Services for MedStar Health, Steve provides enterprise-wide strategic and operational responsibility for all real estate services, facility operations, and capital planning and execution for ten hospital campuses and 240 non-acute sites in Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia. He collaborates with corporate and hospital senior leadership in serving this robust $5B healthcare system. Steve joined MedStar Health following 23 years of military service in progressive leadership roles in healthcare administration and health facility planning. His key contributions include leading the establishment of a facility “shared service” division supporting military medicine, leading the planning and execution of a $9B capital program for the Army Surgeon General, and leading the operations and administration of a combat support hospital in Iraq. Steve is a registered Professional Engineer in Virginia and Indiana, a Fellow in the Health Facilities Institute, a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, and a Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He earned a PhD in Civil Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Masters in Engineering and Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
