ULI Global Sustainability Outlook 2022
Resumen del seminario web: In late 2021, ULI identified 5 top sustainability issues affecting real estate for the upcoming year through interviews with Product Council members in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. The ULI Global Sustainability Outlook 2022 report, sponsored by Ferguson Partners, synthesizes these key issues by presenting challenges and opportunities that will impact strategic decision-making in the near future for the industry. This accompanying webinar features a dynamic discussion with three member experts who contributed to the report including, Julie Hiromoto (HKS, Inc.), JP Flaherty (Tishman Speyer), and Derek Wilson (TfL Commercial Development), and is moderated by Marta Schantz (ULI Greenprint Center for Building Performance). Tune in and hear what they have to say about where real estate is headed in terms of sustainability and how the industry can emerge as a leader in climate action.
