Heather Arnold

Biographie : Heather Arnold is a real estate economist as well as the CEO of Via Metrics, LLC, a firm dedicated to providing data-driven projections and solutions for retail real estate. With over 20 years of experience, Heather has guided transformational, commercial initiatives at the site, city, and county levels across the country. From her work with Flint, MI; Detroit, MI; Tampa, FL; Vancouver, BC; and Washington, DC (to name a few), Heather has become a published authority on mixed-use affordable housing; downtown economies and recoveries; and retail operations strategy. In addition to her “day job”, Heather teaches Foundations of Real Estate Markets at Georgetown University and is a visiting professor at the University of Virginia. She holds a Bachelor of Architectural History from the University of Virginia and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Cornell University.
