Mike Winn
Biographie : Mr. Winn is considered to be a part of the premier investment sales team in the Rocky Mountain Region and consistently recognized as one of the top brokers in the country. As Vice Chairmen of the Capital Markets Group in CBRE’s Denver office, Mike Winn offers over 28 years of investment sales experience. His primary practice is to represent institutional investors in the disposition of significant office and retail properties throughout Colorado and the Rocky Mountain Region. Prior to joining CBRE in 2014 as Vice Chairmen, Mr. Winn and his partner Mr. Richey spent sixteen years at Cushman & Wakefield in Denver. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 1998, Mr. Winn and Mr. Richey spent fourteen and seven years, respectively, at Grubb & Ellis where they first became partners. Throughout their 29-year partnership, Mike and Tim have been involved in over 60 million square feet of sales transactions, totaling over $14 billion. Their experience spans the sale and/or recapitalization of over 300 properties, including many of the region’s highest profile assets. Being the preeminent investment sales team in the Rocky Mountain Region, Mr. Winn has set record pricing in multiple real estate cycles. His most notable downtown transactions include 17th Street Plaza, the AA trophy property 1801 California, the iconic Triangle Building, Uptown’s landmark 1670 Broadway, 1601 Wewatta, and the newly constructed 1401 Lawrence. Top suburban transactions include One Belleview Station, Granite Place at Village Station, ReMax Headquarters, and Village Center Station. Always working to garner the highest value for his clients, Mike has an average CBD office sale price of over $90 million and an average suburban office sale price of almost $30 million. Additionally, Mr. Winn has successfully transacted numerous national retail portfolios for DDR Corp., Forest City Commercial Group, Regency Centers and Kimco Properties. These portfolios include grocery anchored centers, power/specialty retail centers and major city centers like Belmar, Southlands, Promenade Shops at Centerra and The Landmark. Mike Winn graduated from Colorado College with degrees in Chemistry and Biology. Mike is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado, active member of ICSC, National Association of Industrial/Office Properties (NAIOP), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
