Peter Angel

Biographie : Peter Angel is the founding Principal of Pearl Real Estate Partners, a real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition and operation of multifamily and commercial properties on the West Coast. The firm targets underperforming properties in supply-constrained markets that can benefit from capital improvements and creative, hands-on management. Previously, Peter was a Vice President in Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate group in San Francisco, CA. During his time at Wells Fargo, he originated and managed over $2.9 billion of construction, bridge, and structured debt capital for private equity fund sponsors and private institutional commercial real estate investors. While at Wells Fargo, he was also responsible for the investment and management of over $1.4 billion of equity in joint ventures and commingled private equity funds. Peter began his career with Howard S. Wright and HFF in Portland, OR. Peter earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Santa Clara University.
