Nicole Burdette

Biographie : As Senior Vice President, Business Strategies for Brookfield Residential Southern California, Nicole Burdette is responsible for leading and overseeing all new business development and acquisitions in collaboration with the analytics and market data group. Nicole’s extensive knowledge and keen understanding have enabled her to assume an important role supporting the COO of the Brookfield Residential California region on items related to investment and business development within the state. Nicole has been a member of the Brookfield team for 17 years since graduating from college and has undertaken different corporate roles in a range of capacities. She spent nine years in Land Acquisition prior to launching the Business Strategies department in 2013, a career trajectory that exemplifies the company’s philosophy and desire for team members to evolve as they progress through the organization. She demonstrates the analytical skills, work ethic and insight essential to help Brookfield Residential achieve a greater understanding of the market and the direction it will take in the years ahead. Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Arizona State University and earned an MBA from National University. She is happily married to her husband Mark and has one son, Merrick.
