As President of the Brookfield Properties Land and Housing group in Southern California, Nicole Burdette is responsible for leading and overseeing all new business development and operations in Southern California as well as housing in Arizona. Nicole has been a member of the Brookfield team for 22 years since graduating from college and has undertaken a variety of roles in a range of capacities. She spent nine years in Land Acquisition prior to launching the Business Strategies department in 2013, a career trajectory that exemplifies the company’s philosophy and desire for team members to evolve as they progress through the organization. Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Arizona State University and earned an MBA from National University.
