Shawn Barney

Biographie : Shawn M. Barney is Managing Director of CLB Porter, LLC, a real estate development and municipal advisory firm. He has a diverse background in structured finance working with real estate and bond asset classes. As developer, he specializes in tax credit financed and infill projects. His responsibilities include acquisition, entitlement, financing and development. As municipal advisor, Shawn advises municipal clients such as cities, airports, and water systems on structuring bond issues to finance their capital projects. He has 10 years of diverse experience doing private deals and working with local government through a myriad of structures including public-private partnerships and joint ventures. Mr. Barney has a B.B.A. in finance from Howard University, where he was President of the student body and a Masters of Business Administration from Tulane University.
